Ordered front brake lever for 1997 Triumph Trident 900. ORDER #10-8231**-**1727 I clicked on this description on their website, 2WheelPros.com.

It was noted on their website diagram as "Part #10 on the FRONT BRAKE-MASTER CYLINDER assembly for 1997 Triumph Trident. Manufacturer part #202****T0301. This is an ADJUSTABLE front brake lever. They sent a Triumph Sprint 2000 NON-ADJUSTABLE front brake lever, part #T202600.

OBVIOUSLY THE TWO NUMBERS ARE NOWHERE CLOSE TO ONE ANOTHER. They have told me twice TODAY that I made the mistake and that "I got what I ordered"! Of course I did NOT pull the incorrect item off the inventory shelf at their business! Twice so far, they have refused to accept responsibility for THEIR error, telling me it was MY fault AND they refused to pay for return shipment PLUS charge me a 20% restocking fee!

THIS IS BLATANT CONSUMER FRAUD! Next I will post reviews/complaints with every complaint organization available including the 1. BBB, 2. Consumer Complaint Commission, 3.

California Consumer Protection Dept., and 4. Interstate Commerce Commission Michael Freehoffer I

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $55.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

2WheelPros Pros: Schematics.

2WheelPros Cons: Sent wrong part then blamed me for their error.
