2WheelPros - "Alex" the customer service guru....
Unbelievably bad customer service. Here is their response when I asked if the part was sent a week after it was ordered:
"Well, you are reading part of it correctly. We wish you actually started reading everything correctly before you placed the order, you know, to avoid any surprises and us having to respond in this ridiculous manner to a ridiculous question which is answered on the website."
Then I asked about the tone of the response and here is what I got:
"Your order has been cancelled. You don't have to order from us at all. And we don't tolerate smart *** like yourself.
We don't need or want your business.
Good luck
Alex, "
So little "Alex" and her daddy are running a "business" from the house and they don't need you.
Never seen a business like this. I predict Alex and Daddy don't last too long.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I had a very similar, terrible customer service experience with "Alex." Sad to hear it's still going on after all this time.
